For this project, we were asked to design and install a mid-range CCTV system that could be fully integrated with the customer’s existing intruder alarm system. The key requirements were reliability, ease of use, and a fast turnaround, with all work to be completed within one week.
After an initial site assessment, we specified a CCTV solution that balanced performance and value, ensuring clear image quality and dependable coverage across the property. The new cameras were seamlessly connected to the existing alarm infrastructure, allowing the customer to manage both systems together without the need for multiple control points or apps.
Installation was scheduled and completed within the agreed timeframe, with minimal disruption to the customer. Once the system was live, we carried out full testing and provided a walkthrough to ensure the customer was confident using the combined CCTV and alarm setup.
The result was a cost-effective, integrated security solution delivered on time and tailored to the customer’s needs — enhancing overall protection while making day-to-day monitoring simple and efficient.
